Help CFOs and Finance functions across industries transform their operating models, processes, data, reporting and technology.

Your Role

• Deliver CFO Advisory and Finance Transformation projects from strategy to implementation.

• Redesign Finance operating models, governance, roles, processes and controls.

• Improve management reporting, performance management, planning and forecasting.

• Transform accounting, consolidation, IFRS and finance reporting processes, controls and operating models.

• Support the selection or implementation of ERP, EPM and other digital Finance solutions.

• Improve finance data quality, automation, efficiency and cost performance.

• Prepare recommendations for CFOs and senior finance stakeholders.

Your Level of Responsibility

Consultant: You have gained consulting experience and take ownership of deliverables, client interactions and project coordination.

Senior Consultant: You have solid consulting experience and lead workstreams, coordinate stakeholders, review deliverables and support junior colleagues.

Your Profile

• You have relevant experience in CFO Advisory, finance transformation, accounting, consolidation, controlling, performance management or finance systems.

• You understand finance operating models, processes, governance, controls and data.

• Experience with ERP, EPM, finance technology, ESG reporting, automation or data & AI is an asset.

• You can translate finance challenges into practical transformation roadmaps.

• You are comfortable working across industries and with senior finance stakeholders.

• You are fluent in French and English. German is an asset.
