Help leading financial institutions transform their technology and data environments, leverage AI, and strengthen IT risk, cybersecurity and operational resilience.

We are looking for Senior Consultants and Managers with strong expertise in at least one of three areas:

Your Role

IT Risk & Cybersecurity

• Strengthen IT risk, cybersecurity and operational resilience frameworks.

• Support DORA, ICT risk, IAM, third-party risk, IT controls and cybersecurity governance initiatives.

• Assess risks and controls and define pragmatic remediation and transformation roadmaps.

Data, Analytics & AI

• Define and implement data, analytics and AI strategies and governance.

• Support data management, architecture, quality, BCBS 239 and data transformation initiatives.

• Identify and implement Analytics, AI & GenAI use cases, including AI governance and Responsible AI.

CIO Advisory & Technology Transformation

• Advise CIOs on IT strategy, operating models, sourcing, Cloud and IT efficiency.

• Support Scaled Agile, IT due diligence and technology modernisation initiatives.

• Contribute to core banking transformations (T24, Avaloq), system implementations and migrations.

You do not need to cover all three. You will bring strong expertise in one primary area while having opportunities to contribute to broader transformation programmes.

Your Level of Responsibility

Senior Consultant: You have solid consulting experience and lead workstreams, coordinate stakeholders, review deliverables and support junior colleagues.

Manager: You have strong consulting experience and lead engagements and teams, advise senior stakeholders and contribute to client development.

Your Profile

• You have relevant experience in technology consulting, IT transformation, Data, Cloud, Cybersecurity or IT Risk.

• You bring expertise in at least one relevant technology, digital or IT Risk area.

• Exposure to core banking, APIs, data platforms, AI/ML, AWS, Azure, DevOps, cybersecurity or IT controls is an asset.

• Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC or CISM are an asset for IT Risk profiles.

• You can explain complex technology or risk topics clearly to business stakeholders.

• You are fluent in French and English. German is an asset.
