Help Finance and Risk functions respond to regulatory change, strengthen their risk frameworks and transform their governance, processes, data and reporting.

We are looking for Senior Consultants and Managers with strong expertise in at least one of three areas:

Your Role

Credit Risk & Modelling

• Strengthen credit risk frameworks and contribute to modelling topics including PD/LGD/EAD, IFRS 9 expected credit loss and model monitoring.

• Support Basel and IRB initiatives, RWA, stress testing and credit risk model lifecycle activities.

• Improve credit risk data quality, lineage and governance in collaboration with Risk, Finance and IT teams.

Regulatory & Risk Transformation

• Lead regulatory transformation programmes and assess the impact of new requirements on governance, processes and systems.

• Translate regulatory requirements into practical implementation and remediation plans.

• Strengthen prudential and Risk/Finance reporting, controls and governance.

Capital, Liquidity & Risk Management

• Support capital and liquidity initiatives, including Basel IV / CRR III and RWA-related topics.

• Contribute to stress testing and risk management initiatives across credit, market and operational risk.

• Strengthen Risk & Finance data governance, quality and traceability, including BCBS 239 / RDARR.

You do not need to cover all three areas. You will bring strong expertise in one primary area while having opportunities to contribute to broader Finance, Risk and Regulatory transformation programmes.

Your Level of Responsibility

Senior Consultant: You have solid consulting experience and lead workstreams, coordinate stakeholders, review deliverables and support junior colleagues.

Manager: You have strong consulting experience and lead engagements and teams, advise senior stakeholders and contribute to client development.

Your Profile

• You have relevant experience in consulting, Risk Management or Financial Services within at least one of the following areas: Credit Risk & Modelling, Regulatory & Risk Transformation, or Capital, Liquidity & Risk Management.

• You bring strong knowledge of the regulatory frameworks, risk processes, governance or quantitative topics related to your area of expertise.

• Depending on your background, expertise in Basel/IRB, IFRS 9, PD/LGD/EAD, RWA, capital and liquidity, stress testing, BCBS 239 / RDARR or prudential reporting is an asset.

• You can structure complex topics, assess their impact on processes, governance, systems and data, and translate your analysis into practical recommendations.

• For quantitative or data-focused profiles, knowledge of SQL, Python, SAS or Power BI is an asset.

• You are fluent in French and English. German is an asset.
