Your next challenge:

You will play a key role in the bid and proposal submission process. You will work closely with our team of consultants to ensure the success of our commercial proposals. This is an opportunity to actively contribute to our company's growth while developing your professional skills.

• Support our team in all phases of the tender process, from qualification to final submission.
• Coordinate the gathering of all necessary information for bids in collaboration with our team of consultants.
• Provide a preliminary quality review of response files and follow the internal quality review process before submission.
• Participate in analyzing customer needs and formulating appropriate responses.
• Contribute to the writing, reviewing, and formatting of proposals.
• CV and technical notes preparation.
• Ensure proposals comply with client requirements.
• Manage documentation and archiving of past bids to facilitate future submissions.
• Conduct competitive analysis to enhance the competitiveness of our bids.
• Monitor contract execution (staffing, invoicing, etc.)

What will we expect from our next Assistant Bid Manager?

• University degree in a relevant field (e.g., project management, business, engineering),
• Previous experience in a similar role or in-depth knowledge of bid processes,
• Ability to identify areas for continuous improvement in your area of responsibility and carry out improvement actions,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French,
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
• Strong organizational and time management skills,
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines,
• Knowledge of European markets and European tender regulations would be a valuable asset,
• Strong administrative support skills.
