Your next challenge:
- Get involved in advisory as well as audit-oriented projects within a multicultural environment from reviews of technology and security processes and controls as part of project-based assistance in the fields of IT risk management and IT regulatory affairs.
- Stay up to date with rapidly changing IT regulations at both local and EU levels.
- Put into practice a multidisciplinary approach leveraging strong general technology and data analytics knowledge in relation to IT risk management.
- Participate in team management and proactively invest in staff development and coaching.
- Participate in the development of a hybrid team of professionals covering services around Information Risk Management, IT regulatory compliance and data-enhanced internal controls reviews.
- Assist our clients in providing in-depth technical and business expertise with state-of-the-art technology mainly in the Financial Sector.
- Help our clients to optimize their processes and organization (Internal and external benchmarks, definition and implementation of action plans, job and skills management…).
What will we expect from our next IT Risk & Assurance Senior Consultant/Manager?
Required experience :
- Principles related to general data governance and reporting regulations (such as ICT and cybersecurity risk management, IT outsourcing, cloud computing, etc.),
- Either successfully passed the CISA, CISM, or CISSP exam, knowledge of COBIT, ISO, SOX or you are willing to pursue relevant training programs and certifications,
- Familiarity with regulations related to IT matters is also beneficial,
- IT technical knowledge (including network and systems administration, scripting, and programming),
- Operating systems and databases (such as Windows, Linux, MS SQL),
- Common enterprise software (such as SAP, Dynamics, core banking software, etc.),
- Knowledge of any banking or asset management application systems is advantageous,
- Committed to supervising junior colleagues and supporting team growth,
- Your strong client orientation, teamwork, and high motivation are valuable assets.
Mandatory Asset
- Master’s degree ideally in Engineering, Sciences or IT with a strong interest in the Financial Sector, or in Law/Finance with specialization in IT.
- A minimum of five years of successful experiences in IT Risk Assurance and/or Risk Advisory.
- Ability to walk through business process and identification of key controls, IT dependencies, systems and data sources that support business processes.
- Ability to identify gaps, create and tailor pragmatic recommendations balancing risk level and business value.
- Both writing and speaking French is mandatory and you are also fully proficient in English. German is an asset.
- Fully committed to supervise junior colleagues and support the growth of our team.
- Ability to lead a team, to take decisions and to carry out tasks independently.
- A very good command of MS office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
Valuable Asset
- Practical knowledge of data analysis tools is a plus (PowerBI, SAS enterprise guide, python, etc.).
- Knowledge and experience with IT risk frameworks (e.g. NIST, COBIT, ISO, CIA) and / or IT related regulation / guidance.
- General data governance and reporting related regulations principles (e.g. ICT and Cybersecurity risk management, IT outsourcing, Cloud Computing, etc.).
- Knowledge of regulations regarding IT matters (DORA, EU AI Act, local regulations around IT outsourcing, cloud, EBA guidelines on ICT and security management, etc.).
- Exposure to PCAOB and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) related IT reviews which includes automated controls, IT general controls reviews and baselining system generated reports.
- Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC or CISM.
