🔍 Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)
As a Senior Consultant / Manager, you will:
• Deliver finance and risk transformation initiatives.
• Support performance management, planning, budgeting and reporting projects.
• Strengthen governance, controls and end‑to‑end process consistency.
• Support operational efficiency and resilience initiatives.
• Deliver analyses and steering materials for senior stakeholders.
• With increasing responsibility over time, take ownership of workstreams, client interactions and team coordination.
đź’ˇ Your Profile
You’re the right fit if you:
• Hold a Master’s degree (ideally in Finance, Banking, Economics or similar).
• Have proven experience in Consulting, Business Analysis or Project Management within financial services.
• Are comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
• Are fluent in French and English (German is an asset).
• Combine analytical rigour with strong communication skills.
