You will support financial institutions on capital markets and securities transformation initiatives.
🔍 Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)
As a Senior Consultant / Manager, you will:
• Deliver capital markets and securities transformation initiatives.
• Support issuance, settlement, custody, asset servicing and lifecycle events.
• Drive operational excellence and process optimisation programs.
• Support system implementation and migration initiatives.
• Deliver regulatory‑driven workstreams impacting market activities.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business, operations and IT.
• Prepare high‑quality steering materials for senior stakeholders.
đź’ˇ Your Profile
You’re the right fit if you:
• Hold a Master’s degree (ideally in Finance, Banking, Economics or similar).
• Have strong experience in capital markets and securities topics.
• Understand front‑to‑back processes in regulated environments.
• Are comfortable with implementation and delivery topics.
• Have a good knowledge of Luxembourg’s legal and regulatory framework (e.g. CSSF circulars, UCITS guidelines) as well as of the international regulatory environment (e.g. ESMA guidelines).
• Are fluent in French and English (German is an asset).
