You will support private banks and wealth managers on transformation initiatives combining business, operations and technology.
🔍 Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)
As a Senior Consultant / Manager, you will:
• Deliver front‑to‑back transformation initiatives across private banking and wealth management.
• Design and implement target operating models and process improvements.
• Address client lifecycle and onboarding efficiency topics.
• Support governance, sourcing and service industrialisation initiatives.
• Deliver structured analyses and steering materials for senior stakeholders.
• With increasing responsibility over time, take ownership of workstreams, client interactions and team coordination.
đź’ˇ Your Profile
You’re the right fit if you:
• Hold a Master’s degree (ideally in Finance, Banking, Economics or similar).
• Have proven experience in Consulting, Business Analysis or Project Management within financial services.
• Are comfortable navigating between business, operations and technology topics.
• Are fluent in French and English (German is an asset).
• Have strong communication and structuring skills, with autonomy and a client‑centric mindset.
