🔍 Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)
As a Manager, you will:
• Lead end‑to‑end consulting engagements from design to implementation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and key stakeholders.
• Drive operating model, governance and transformation initiatives.
• Lead proposals, RFPs and market offer development.
• Develop and grow client relationships and business opportunities.
• Lead, mentor and develop consulting teams.

You’re the right fit if you:
• Have significant experience in management consulting or advisory roles.
• Hold a Master’s degree (MBA is a plus).
• Are fluent in French and English (German is an asset).
• Know the Luxembourg financial services market.
• Combine strategic thinking, delivery excellence and leadership.
