You will support financial institutions on AML/KYC and client lifecycle transformation initiatives.
🔍 Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)
As a Senior Consultant / Manager, you will:
• Deliver AML/KYC and client lifecycle transformation initiatives.
• Improve onboarding and periodic review processes.
• Design target operating models, governance and roles & responsibilities.
• Coordinate implementation and change initiatives.
• Support senior stakeholder decision‑making through clear analyses.
• With increasing responsibility over time, take ownership of workstreams, client interactions and team coordination.
đź’ˇ Your Profile
You’re the right fit if you:
• Hold a Master’s degree (ideally in Finance, Banking, Economics or similar).
• Have proven experience in Consulting, Business Analysis or Project Management within financial services.
• Are comfortable working at the intersection of operations, controls and data.
• Are fluent in French and English (German is an asset).
• Combine rigour, pragmatism and strong communication skills.
