Consultant in AML/KYC & Financial Crime (M/F/X)
Luxembourg | Permanent Contract
Join our Financial Services team and support leading financial institutions in strengthening their AML/KYC frameworks, improving client lifecycle processes and responding to evolving Financial Crime requirements.
Your Role
Contribute to AML/KYC and Financial Crime transformation projects.
Analyse and improve client onboarding, periodic review and remediation processes.
Perform business analysis, gap assessments and process documentation.
Translate regulatory and business requirements into operational solutions.
Support the design of governance frameworks, controls and target operating models.
Coordinate with Compliance, Operations, Business, Data and Technology stakeholders.
Your Profile
You hold a Master’s degree in Finance, Law, Economics, Business or a related field.
You have experience in AML/KYC, Financial Crime, Compliance or client lifecycle management.
You understand customer due diligence, onboarding and periodic review processes.
Experience in management consulting, business analysis or transformation projects is strongly valued.
You are structured, pragmatic and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
You are fluent in French and English. German is an asset.
