Manager in Financial Services Transformation (M/F/X)

Lead transformation programmes, advise senior executives and contribute to the development of BearingPoint’s Financial Services practice in Luxembourg.
Your Role
Lead consulting engagements from initial design through implementation.
Advise senior executives on strategic, operational and technology transformation.
Oversee project delivery, quality, governance and stakeholder alignment.
Develop trusted client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Lead proposals, requests for proposal and market offering development.
Coach consultants and contribute to team development.
Your Profile
You have at least seven years of relevant experience, including management consulting or advisory.
You have a strong understanding of financial services and transformation projects.
You combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery capabilities.
You have experience managing clients, projects and consulting teams.
You demonstrate a commercial mindset and an interest in business development.
You are fluent in French and English. German is an asset.
