Junior Consultant in Financial Services Transformation (M/F/X)

Join our Financial Services team and help banks, asset managers and other financial institutions transform their business, operations and technology.

Your Role

• Contribute to business and technology transformation projects.

• Analyse business needs and translate them into clear requirements.

• Support process redesign, operating model and organisational initiatives.

• Prepare structured analyses, presentations and steering materials.

• Coordinate with Business, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Technology stakeholders.

• Contribute to proposals, client presentations and market initiatives.

Your Profile

• You hold a Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering or a related field.

• You have up to three years of experience in consulting, financial services, business analysis or project delivery.

• You are interested in banking, Wealth Management, Asset Management or financial markets.

• You combine analytical thinking with strong communication skills.

• You are proactive, structured and comfortable taking ownership.

• You are fluent in French and English. German is an asset.
