You will play a key role in delivering complex transformation initiatives and supporting client decision‑making.
🔍 Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)
As a Senior Consultant, you will:
• Deliver transformation initiatives across Banking, Wealth & Asset Management.
• Lead workstreams covering business analysis, process design and implementation.
• Contribute to operating model, governance and digital transformation projects.
• Support client steering through analyses, dashboards and structured deliverables.
• Contribute to proposals, RFPs and market offers.
• Take increasing responsibility for client interactions and junior team members.
đź’ˇ Your Profile
You’re the right fit if you:
• Hold a Master’s degree (ideally in Finance, Banking, Economics or similar).
• Have solid experience in Consulting, Business Analysis or Project Management.
• Are fluent in French and English (German is an asset).
• Are comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
• Combine analytical rigour with strong communication skills.
